Not in all states. About a month ago I found out (from wikipedia) that in some states, child nudity is allowed, as long as it doesn't suggest anything sexual. DeviantART might not allow it, though. Actually, I just checked with the Submission Policy and it says it can't break any laws of child pornography.
Come to think of it, I think I've seen someone under 18 that has shown nudity on this site. I'll look and see if I can find some more.

Anyway, I fully agree with you on the bikini thing.

Well, technically, if there's child nudity allowed in some states, then who can do what all depends on where they live...of course, I think the nudity thing should be 16. If you're "old enough" to have sex, it should be the same for the ability to show off your body.

I believe the US government believes that the age to have sex is 18+, although they don't seem to enforce it. As for me, I believe you shouldn't have sex unless it is with someone you really love and intend to marry or unless you are already married. (no offense)

I hear in Germany, the age is 14.

The age is 16. You just can only have sex with someone that's between 16 and 18 tho. And I've also heard that if you're 18 you can only have sex with someone as old as 21. I say if you're allowed to have sex and you're ready (or feel you're ready) to make that decision, you should be allowed to. So...are you a virgin? And how old are you, btw?
